Wanda’s journey has given her a varied background and she brings many skills as a Health and Wellness Practitioner. She has a strong science background having her M.Sc. in Medical Sciences and experience in the science research laboratory and her B.Ed. with qualifications to teach high school science and special education classes, including counselling. Wanda suffers from chronic pain due to scoliosis, a curvature of the spine, and in seeking pain relief she studied Reiki to be able to self-treat. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. This led to her to learn many different complementary healing therapies. In addition to being a Reiki Master and Teacher, Wanda is also a student of Healing Touch and Therapeutic Touch, and is a qualified Shamanic Healing Practitioner. She also believes different types of meditation can help heal. Wanda offers any of the above-mentioned energy healing techniques in 30 or 60 minute sessions. Her skills and knowledge can help you relax, reduce pain, sleep better and live the life you want to live.
