Wanda leading patrons at the London Central Library through various types of meditations.
I just finished reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and highly recommend it. I could not believe that this book has only come to my attention, but then it is all a matter of timing. This book is all about learning to follow your life path. I feel I have made some great strides in my journey in the past week having resigned from my teaching position in Woodstock. Elements of Healing Energy will be be my major focus.

Take time to pamper yourself every now and then. Improving your state of
wellness helps those relationships with others. When you have done something to
make yourself feel good, you project that feeling unto others. And everything goes
so much better when you are in a good mood.
It’s National Volunteer Week! How have you helped others? I find my volunteering for Wellspring and Hospice of London very rewarding. I have volunteered for most of my life. When I first moved to London I was involved with various garden clubs and also became a Master Gardener who gave free gardening advice. As the children entered school I became involved with committees at the school and was the school council chair for 4 years in a row. There are so many opportunities to volunteer and every one is very worthwhile.
